Joy House is a nonprofit dedicated to building a strong, inclusive community for individuals with special needs, ages 16+. At the heart of Joy House is their commitment to connection, support, and celebration. Each week, “Besties" come together to engage in knowledge and skill-building, entertainment, joyful experiences and creativity. Besties from around the world can create and showcase their work at Joy House store locations where they share their products, stories, and talent as well as earn an income. With over 80% of adults with special needs facing unemployment, their mission is to create meaningful opportunities, foster independence, and ensure that every Bestie feels valued and supported.
